The Process

There are so many choices to make for your wedding day, and we want to make the flower process as inspirational, simple, and straightforward as possible. Below we have laid out our process, so that you can know what to expect. No hidden agendas. No surprises. We are confident in this process and the hard, creative work our team produces. We can’t wait to create beautiful, floral designs for your wedding!

Step 1

We’d love to know more about you and your wedding day! To do this, we have created a submission form for you to fill out. You can tell us a bit about your bridal party, number of guests, attach links to inspiration boards, and tell us what kind of budget you are working with. From there, we will check the calendar for availability, and then schedule a design meeting with one of our team members.

Step 2

During the design meeting, we will get a feel for your wedding style by getting to know you and your story. We will look over pictures and see what inspires you. If you don’t know what inspires you, we will help you along the way! From there we will draw up a custom proposal.

Step 3

A custom proposal takes about 2-3 weeks to create. Once it is ready, a 2nd meeting will be scheduled. We have found that looking over the proposal together speeds up the process because you can ask questions right away, and we can make changes right then and there! Don’t worry if you live out of state—we have google chat to thank for out-of-towners! Our proposal package includes image boards, color palettes, the proposal with individual pricing, and a contract. If you are ready to contract with us by the end of this meeting, we will send the proposal package home with you, and we will take care of the rest!

Step 4

Two weeks before your event, we will contact you to see if there are any changes to the proposal.  We realized that table numbers change and sometimes a great aunt decides to come and you need an extra corsage. We will take small additions to your proposal and any arrangements that are taken off the proposal will be used in other areas and made even more beautiful!
